Rachel was born and raised in Ontario. In 2018, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy at the University of Guelph. Upon graduation, she moved across the country to pursue a law degree at the University of Victoria, where she graduated in 2021.
While in Victoria, Rachel volunteered her time with Pro Bono Students Canada, Disability Alliance BC, and Community Living Access. She was also an active member of the Animal Justice Club.
Following her graduation from law school, Rachel articled and worked at a law firm with a focus on ICBC defence work. In January 2023, she joined Mussio Goodman as an associate, with a focus on personal injury litigation.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys boxing, skiing, and travelling.
