Farshad Sarmad

Associate Lawyer

Farshad Sarmad has over 15 years of experience in business consulting, new product development, and strategic marketing.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, an MBA in global management, a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in international management, and a Bachelor of Laws Honours (LLB) from Queen Mary University of London.

As a sessional professor, Farshad has been teaching at various universities in Canada since 2012 in the areas of business law, consulting practice, new product development, international business, strategic management, organizational behaviour, and ethics. He has five peer-reviewed publications, including a chapter  in a major textbook entitled Managerial Economics: Economic Tools for Today’s Decision Makers, by Keat et al., Pearson Prentice-Hall (7th Edition, 2013).

After completing his articles at a prominent full-service downtown Vancouver law firm, Farshad joined Mussio Goodman where he leads the corporate and immigration department.
