Our Contingency Fees

With respect to injury or disability claims, most law firms charge a fee of 33-40% of your settlement. Similarly, in estate litigation claims, most law firms do not offer a contingency fee, but if they do, they charge 25-33%.

For many cases, our law firm offers a sliding scale fee structure where claimthat resolve quickly results in you paying a much lower fee. Therefore, our average fees are considerably less than those charged by other law firms.

In some cases we also consider client loans to ensure clients are able to wait for a fair resolution without undue financial pressure.

Unlike other firms, we are retained without any upfront fees, and at no extra charge to you. Our fees are collected only as a percentage of your eventual settlement.

This means that we don’t get paid unless you get paid.
